Carving a legacy since 22 years, Srusti Academy of Management (Autonomous), Bhubaneswar today stands as one of the leading management institutes in Odisha. Over the years, the institute has consistently ranked higher among the top B-Schools by credible ranking agencies. Accredited as an "A" Grade Institute by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) since 2011, it was conferred Autonomous status in 2021 on the recommendation of UGC.
An institutional life member of prominent organizations such as the All India Management Association (AIMA), Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), and other professional bodies like CMAI and NHRD, the Institute was ranked 131st in India and 12th in Eastern India in the B-School Ranking 2022 by the leading magazine The Week. In addition, the MBA program of the Institute has received accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), ensuring its quality and industry relevance.
Presently, the Institute offers a 2-year full-time MBA and MCA program, approved by AICTE and affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. The Institute also offers a Ph.D. program in Management and Computer Science. On conferment of autonomy by Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha, the Institute adopted an updated, industry-endorsed syllabus in alignment with the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. With an emphasis on soft skills, aptitude, IT skills, and professional ethics, students are trained to face the most challenging corporate roles. Moreover, the curriculum encourages the inculcation of Universal Human Values (UHV), preparing students not only as professionals but as responsible global citizens
